The area is organized as follows: 

• Analysis Center: working 24 hours a day, this Center provides services for the areas of Fluorides, Sulfuric Acid and Nitrocellulose. The Center analyzes the stages of production by inspecting quality, all the way from the raw materials to the final product;
• Research and Development Center: conducts research, studies and analyses to generate knowledge, which turns into improvements in the production process, increased quality, lower costs, and new product development.
• Technical Assistance: works in partnership with customers, providing support for new product development, adjustments and improvements in formulations. It also analyzes the market and verifies technological trends and new development opportunities.
