Nitro Química participates in the Votorantim Trainee Program, an initiative that seeks out young university graduates who are interested in the areas in which the company operates, and who identify themselves with the vision, the values and the conduct of the Group.
The objective is to develop internal talents that may become Votorantim's future leaders; people who have the capacity to engage others, in addition to performing and renewing processes.
At Nitro Química, the trainee works according to a job rotation scheme, gaining experience in several areas within the company. This means that the young trainee acquires a full knowledge of the company and of the Votorantim culture, and is ready to take advantage of mobility opportunities between different business units.
During the 18 months of training, the trainees are monitored by individual counselors who help them in their training and in preparation of the projects that they will develop during the period.
